Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold your unused, unwashed linens and place them back in their original linen storage sacks and shipping box to ensure they arrive safely.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier service; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
